EVENT DETAILS

Keeper Konnection is proud to announce Minnesota's first residential goalkeeping camp this summer at Hamline University, July 24-27. Minnesota's top goalkeepers and trainers will gather for a four day camp focused on improvement in all areas of the game. With over 30 years of goalkeeper training experience at the collegiate and professional levels, Keeper Konnection trainers create a fun, focused, safe, and enthusiastic training environment that will help you bring your game to the next level.

WHY KEEPER KONNECTION
RESIDENTIAL TRAINING CAMP?

Keeper Konnection's residential training camp will be quite different from soccer camps you may have been to in the past. Since our camp is exclusively for goalkeepers we spend the majority of the time at camp in training sessions. Unlike some camps where more than half the day is spent playing games, Keeper Konnection's Training Camp is focused on training and takes the time to address topics that are ignored in goalkeeper training within a "soccer camp" setting. Some of these topics include: handling, timing, 1v1 saves, crosses and high balls, defending low crosses, reaction saves, footskills and distribution, team tactics, defensive organization, goalkeeping fitness and more.

Each day includes two full training sessions with a low goalkeeper to coach ratio, followed by evening games that are all topic-specific and designed to create competitive repetitive game situations featuring training topics from that day's sessions.

Daily Schedule:
8:00 am Breakfast
10:00 - 12:00 pm Morning movement and technical training
12:00 - 2:00 pm Lunch and rest time
2:30 - 4:30 pm Evening technical session
5:00 - 7:00 pm Dinner and video analysis
7:30 - 9:00 pm Goalkeeper games
9:00 - 10:30 pm End of day snack and relaxation time
